Shipping costs depend on the destination, selected shipping method, and order weight. The exact shipping cost is automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before placing your order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland: 3–4 business days
- France, Spain, Italy & other EU countries: 4–5 business days
- UK, USA & other non-EU countries: 5–18 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary in rare cases due to factors beyond our control (e.g. customs clearance or carrier delays).
4. International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. To check whether we ship to your country, please enter your full delivery address at checkout. If a shipping option is displayed, delivery to your location is available.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping price.
5. Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
